I purchased these September 2020 it is now April 7th 2021, when I received the confirmation it gave me a tracking number that did not work within day 1 of confirmation. I emailed numerous times but the inbox is apparently full, I tried through Facebook and also received no response. You take my money but you don't want me to know where my package is...why?
